Brianna Randall earned the nickname “Nature Girl” by the time she was 12. As a (mostly) grownup, she’s paired her love for writing with her science degrees to tell stories that help conserve our amazing planet.

With over two decades of experience as a freelance writer, her articles have appeared in National Geographic, The Washington Post, Outside, CNN, Discover, BBC, Science News, Cruising World, Backpacker, and dozens of other venues.

Brianna is also a communications expert. She’s worked for non-profits and value-based businesses as a facilitator, strategic planning consultant, university professor, fundraiser, policy director, writing teacher, and digital communications creator. She is currently revising a contemporary romance novel and writing an ecology-based, sailing adventure series for kids.

When not huddled over a notebook or laptop, you can find her dancing, teaching yoga, sailing, diving, biking, hiking, guitar-playing, or traveling on adventures near and far.
